Sound has been utilized as an ancient healing modality across many cultures for thousands of years, recognized as a fundamental force that shapes all life.

It's been used to open gateways between the physical and spiritual realms, guiding us back to our highest essence, something I call our soul signature.

What Fear & Trauma do to the Body
Fear and trauma create energetic imbalances in the body, which disrupts the flow of prana (our life force energy) through the chakras and nadis.

Our life force weakens when we carry unresolved trauma, pent up emotions, fears, ancestral karma and masks that once shielded us.
​
When left unresolved, these things create density in the body which literally forms a weight in our bodies ~ this is how our frequency lowers!
​
The more we can embrace our fear, the less it dominates our experience. And so any emotions that we don't embrace will literally run our behaviour AND most of the time this happens unconsciously.
​
We need to release these fears/emotions/trauma/ancestral karma/masks and let them pass through us before it creates disease in the body.
Before a Sound Healing Session
Before a sound healing session, it's beneficial to create a calm and inviting environment to enhance your experience. Consider taking a few moments for mindful breathing or light stretching to help ground yourself. Hydrating beforehand is also essential, as water helps to facilitate energy flow in the body. Lastly, wearing comfortable clothing can aid relaxation, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the healing vibrations.

The TO DO's before a sound healing session:

Intention: By clearly defining what you wish to release, heal, or manifest, you establish a purpose that can deepen your connection to the healing process. Sound will amplify your intention, elevating your frequency to resonate harmoniously with your desired state of being.

Fast: 2-3 hours before the session. If you cannot fast, light foods are preferred (fruit, veggies or soup)

No Alcohol 24hrs prior to a session.

My Sacred Method for a Sound Healing Session
During a sound healing session, you will embark on a transformative journey designed to elevate your mind, body and spirit.
Here’s an overview of my sacred process:

Smudging Ceremony: Upon arrival, each participant is gently smudged with sacred herbs, such as sage or palo santo, to cleanse their energy field and create a harmonious space. Smudging purifies the environment, releasing any stagnant energy and inviting in higher vibrations.

Intention Circle: Together, we form a circle of intention, where each individual shares their desires for the session—how they wish to feel or what they seek for their body, mind, or spirit. This collective energy amplifies our intentions and fosters a sense of community.

Breathwork or Energy Practices: We may engage in breathwork techniques, such as Wim Hof or Breath of Fire, or connect through mantra chanting and energy work with our hands. These practices open the heart and clear the mind, setting the stage for deep healing.

Cacao Sacred Medicine: Participants may be offered cacao, a sacred medicine that opens the heart and enhances the emotional experience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for connection and expression.

Creating a Safe Container: All these practices facilitate a sacred space where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported on their healing journey.

Receiving Vibrational Sounds: Lying down, participants allow themselves to fully receive the vibrational sounds and frequencies emanating from crystal sound bowls, drums, chimes, and my voice. I will guide them gently in and out of the experience, ensuring they never feel alone.

Transformational Effects: As the sound envelops them, participants may experience profound inner peace, emotional release, glimpses of past lifetimes, or unlock their cosmic light language. They may also release internal blocks, fears, and experience womb or throat activations. Every expression is welcomed, allowing for a deep and authentic connection to their true selves.

Sound Healing Integration (Post Session)
After a sound bath, it's so important to take time to absorb, understand, and incorporate the experiences, insights, and energy shifts that occurred during the sound bath, into your everyday life. It's a crucial phase that allows the benefits of sound healing to take root and manifest positively in your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. People often don't do what it needed after a session. What you do after a session greatly impacts your life.

After a sound bath you might feel more sensitive ~ this is a c completely normal response as the healing vibrations can open up emotional channels and release stored energy in the body. This heightened sensitivity may manifest as increased awareness of feelings, sensations, or thoughts, allowing for deeper introspection and emotional processing. Additionally, the calming effects of sound healing can lead to a more profound connection to your inner self, making you more attuned to your needs and surroundings. Embracing this sensitivity is part of the healing journey, as it can facilitate growth and transformation.
That being said, it's really important to nurture your body, mind and spirit in order to fully integrate the healing experience.

Grounding techniques: Walking barefoot on the earth, eating grounding foods (like root vegetables), or doing deep breathing exercises can help anchor the healing experience.
