Welcome
Echo Temple, from Houston, TX, blend a powerful and melodic vocal styling with an edgy modern-crunch-meets-power-metal sound. Echo Temple's music has been compared to everything from Iron Maiden, Symphony X and Evergrey to In Flames, or even Amon Amarth with melodic vocals.

Band History
Shane was able to convince former band-mate and keyboardist Adam Rawlings to also jump on board. Throughout that summer and fall, songwriting was the priority as we prepared for our first show at BFE Rock Club in January 2011. The band began recording the first four song demo in May of 2011 with Richard from Southern Sound Studios. After multiple delays, the demo was completed in September of 2011. During the beginning of 2012, the band focused on playing as many shows as possible until late spring of 2012 when Shane and Adam decided to leave the band. Thomas Helton, a jazz musician extraordinaire / metalhead, became the new bass player for Echo Temple. Thomas quickly learned the material and we were able to begin booking shows almost immediately thereafter. Presently in 2013, the band is working on recording new material that combines melodic vocals with the current heavier sound, and will continue to play live shows whenever possible. We were also proud to announce the partnership with Rusty Conner and his management outfit LSM Media. Currently three of our songs are seeing radio airplay on a CJAM- FM radio show “Signals of Intuition” out of Detroit, MI and Windsor, CA (thanks Brandon!!). We are very excited about the future of Echo Temple, and we appreciate all of our current and future fans’ support (especially our main man, Zebra!!). See everyone soon!!
